Analogous to the challenges CLC observes in human resource management, the current change management falls short. The challenges can only be grasped and mastered by aligning change management in its entirety to the new upcoming everyday reality. As a result, CLC has updated change management and designed a Change Management 4.0 which, in conjunction with the “Empower Yourself!” general principle and the resulting methods and practices, is a viable tool for the future to successfully master change processes.
